This fast paced, highly interactive and (hopefully) fun day long course will introduce you to the principles of effective and efficient project management. No boring forms or end of day exams in sight guaranteed!

Ø Recognise the symptoms of a bad project and what
action should be taken;
Ø Feel confident about explaining what makes for a good
project to your aging aunt;
Ø Understand who does what, when and why before,
during and after a project;
Ø Have the confidence to get out there and have a go.
Anyone! We are all at some stage in our work and private lives involved in projects from moving office or organising a holiday.
So if you know little or nothing about project management and…….
Ø you’ve been told that you are responsible for
delivering a project or…

Ø you’re the person who holds the purse strings or…
Ø you’re just plain interested…
